App terms
Akordia is a mobile wallet product operated by Lomao, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms describe access to the current pre-release experience.

Current availability
Access is limited to invited testers who meet the app’s onboarding requirements. Public downloads, real-money wallet access, bank funding and virtual cards are not currently available. Features shown as unavailable must not be treated as an offer of an active financial service.
Test assets only
Use only the assets and network shown in the app. The current environment is Base Sepolia with test USDC and test ETH. These tokens have no monetary value. Do not send real funds or assets from an unsupported network.
Account responsibilities
Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in methods, PIN and recovery options. Do not let another person use your identity or bypass onboarding controls. A wallet transaction may be irreversible; check the recipient, network, amount and estimated fee before approving.
Acceptable use
Do not use Akordia for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, sanctions evasion, malware, or disruption of another user or service. Report suspected misuse to admin@akordia.com.
Service limitations
Testing may involve interruptions, changing features and unavailable integrations. Akordia is not a bank and does not provide an insured deposit account. Authentication, wallet and other connected services may have separate applicable terms. No production fees or geographic eligibility should be inferred from this test experience.
Support, closure and future release
Contact admin@akordia.com for help or use the account-deletion controls in the app. Additional production terms, pricing and eligibility disclosures will be required before real-money services become available.
