This notice describes the current Akordia app and how to contact Lomao, LLC about your information.

Information used by the app
Akordia processes account identifiers and the sign-in details you choose to provide, onboarding and verification status, wallet addresses, transaction records, app preferences and security-related records. A public blockchain address and its transactions can be visible to others on that network.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, link the correct wallet, display activity, protect access, respond to support requests and investigate errors or misuse. Information submitted for identity verification is handled through the verification service made available in the app. Availability and requirements are shown before that step.
Services involved
Privy provides wallet and authentication infrastructure. Akordia also uses hosting and database services to operate the app. A service handling authentication, wallet recovery or identity verification may process information under its own terms and privacy notice. Do not send identity documents or wallet secrets to our support email.
Storage and retention
Essential browser or device storage supports sessions, security and preferences. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable security, operational and legal needs. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by Akordia. Deleting an app profile does not erase wallet keys or records held independently by a service provider.
Your requests
Contact admin@akordia.com to ask about access, corrections, retention or deletion. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner. Account deletion is also available from the app’s security settings; see the account-deletion page for instructions.
Scope of this notice
The current experience is pre-release testing. Before broader customer onboarding, this notice and any jurisdiction-specific disclosures must be finalized for the production services and their actual data practices.
